These excursions connect beginner to intermediate hikers with low-key, mindful experiences in nature.

Family Fun Hike*
Family-friendly gentle hike and picnic. Ages 5+ (should be able to walk two miles at a gentle pace). Features: Wildlife and nature education.
*Family-friendly hikes: Price includes one adult and one child. Each addl child $5.

Hike location: Mt. Falcon Park, Indian Hills, Colorado
Mountains and Meadows Hike
This hike combines the best of flower-filled meadows and cool, tree-covered trails. Advanced beginner to moderate.

Summer Sunday Hike
A beautiful slice of nature located close to town. This moderate hike will take us through tree-lined trails along a Clear Creek tributary.

Hike location: Peaks to Plains Gateway Segment, Golden, Colorado
Healthy Happy Hour Hike
One of the newest trails in Denver, enjoy a gentle to moderate paced post-work hike and learn about some local mining and brewery history along the way.

Hike location: White Ranch Park, Golden, Colorado
Peaceful Sunday Hike
Begin your week with a mindful walk in nature. This gentle hike features expansive views, meadows and tree-lined trails. We will end with a post-hike snack.

DETAILS
Each of our Colorado Guided Hikes is limited to a total of 12 people, plus your guide. Portions of each hike will be spend in quiet observation to allow each participant to connect more deeply with their natural surroundings. We will also allow time for socializing and connecting with fellow hikers. It’s all about balance. Beginners welcome!
