Colorado Guided Hikes and Nature Walks

Our hikes and naturalist guided walks are about the journey and not the destination.
These excursions connect beginner to intermediate hikers with low-key, mindful experiences in nature.

Each walk or hike features nature education from Amy Atwell, certified interpretive guide and avid birder, as well as
personal development and mindfulness exercises.
